AI RECOMMENDATIONS
Evo Insight:
Your Data, Explained
An AI feature that connects training, sleep and recovery data to explain what's happening and recommend a next step. The athlete stays in control.

screens / POST-WORKOUT ANALYSIS

End-to-End Insight Flow
Scroll, expand, read, react: a shimmer loading state, an unfolding analysis and a two-tap feedback loop.

Activity Detail
Evo Insight sits right below the key stats, cross-referencing heat, HR zones and Training Load to explain the real cost of a session.

Expandable Insight & Feedback Loop
A two-line summary expands into a structured analysis. A thumbs-down reveals quick reasons ("Felt different", "Inaccurate data", "Too generic") to refine future insights.
screens / CONTEXTUAL_DASHBOARD

Dashboard Priority Card
Placed at the top of the dashboard only when there is something worth saying, so the athlete gets the day's key takeaway before any metric.

Morning Brief
Compares overnight HRV to the athlete's baseline and suggests adjusting today's planned session before it starts.

Load Update
Confirms progress when a session lands in the optimal load window, with recovery tips to lock in the adaptation.

Evening Wind-Down
An evening debrief shown only when the day's data calls for it. Here it flags a late-session stress response and offers a one-tap breathing routine.

Trend Alert
Detects early warning signs of overtraining, like declining deep sleep and a rising resting HR, before they turn into illness or injury.

Widget Customization
Evo Insight is a regular dashboard widget: athletes can reorder it or remove it entirely. The AI stays helpful, never imposed.
screens / TRAINING_LOAD_CORRELATIONS

From Insight to Recovery Protocol
The analysis links the load spike to poor sleep and recommends a matching routine. Tapping it opens a preview with its breathing pattern and pacing, ready to install on the watch or save for later.

Training Load vs Sleep
Links a load spike to the drop in Sleep Score and recommends a recovery protocol when the data confirms the pattern.

Training Load vs HRV
The same comparison with HRV, showing how the nervous system absorbs intense training blocks.

One-Tap Recovery Protocol
The suggested routine opens in a bottom sheet with its breathing pattern and pacing. Install it on the watch, or save it for later, without searching the library.
Context-Aware Labels
Each insight carries a label (Morning Brief, Load Update, Evening Wind-Down, Trend Alert) that tells the athlete why it appears now. Insights show up only when the data justifies it, and new labels can be added over time to cover other moments and needs, without changing the component.
